Due to accelerated business growth, we are looking for a full-time Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer to join our Sydney Helpdesk team located in Lidcombe.
We are seeking someone that is confident, enthusiastic, well-spoken and has a can-do attitude.

- Previous IT experience

- Ability to manage customers expectations
- Self managed / work autonomously
- Strong communication skills
- Natural ability to problem solve & trouble shoot
- A great team player
Skills in the below is advantageous but not mandatory:
- Familiar with remote management software Datto RMM
- Auto Task PSA
- MSP environment experience
- Experience in IT Support for the Automotive industry
- Current industry or tertiary qualifications
The role involves:
- Answering the phone and actioning tickets for our customers
- Basic IT Desktop Support
- Remote and onsite support to our clients
- Computer diagnosis and repairs
- Basic network and configuration skills
- Microsoft product support
- Office 365 maintenance & support
