AddressCarpet Call, Australia’s Largest Flooring retailer is expanding our IT Department. We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to join Carpet Call as a Level 1 IT Support role. The role is based out of Loganlea, South of Brisbane, with the opportunity to Travel interstate.
The Successful candidate will be liaising with Sales, Warehouse, Customer Service staff and as well Upper Management, on a day-to-day basis. The candidate will also receive a company phone, Laptop, and a salary of $55,000 to $70,000 a year. (Plus Superannuation)
You will be working in an office environment, closely with Level 1 IT Support, our Online team and onsite Programmers. There will be High Level of works from the IT Coordinator that will need to be done on a weekly and daily basis.
Current Australian Drivers licence is needed as from time to time, there will be necessary store visits, and access our state-of-the-art Data Centres. Ability to travel interstate is a necessity.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in performing Level 1 support advantageous
- You will be a team player with excellent communication skills, taking pride in technical troubleshooting and delivering excellent customer service
- Great attention to detail
- Linux operations will be used from time to time
- Manage the tickets raised by the Helpdesk ticketing system
- Installing, moving, adding, and changing equipment and software
- Friendly welcoming professional with good telephone manners
- Well presented, hardworking, and enjoys working in a Team
- Possess great written and verbal communication skills
- Work well independently and productively within a small team environment
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite
- Detailed knowledge of various desktop and server operating system
- Windows Server, MS 365, Active Directory, Exchange, MS Teams, Azure, VMWare, Desktop Support, Hardware Support, MDM
- Networking, Switches, Firewalls and Routers
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
