Role & Responsibilities:

  • Be the superhero our customers need by providing Level 1 and/or Level 2 technical support via phone, email, remote desktop, and occasionally, in person.
  • Engage with technology in diverse environments involving workstations, printers, data projectors, switches, servers, routers, and firewalls.
  • Maintain the pulse of our internal and client systems, workstations, servers, and networks, ensuring optimal performance, ironclad security, and efficient backups.
  • Master the art of customer service, managing requests and support tickets with speed, accuracy, and crystal-clear communication.
  • Create and provide essential documentation, crafting a roadmap for others to follow.
  • Solve internet/IT conundrums and escalate them when necessary.
  • Play an instrumental role in setting up workstations, notebooks, and assist in the orchestration of server and network deployments both in-house and on-site.
  • Log faults and tickets with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment, bringing your unique skills to the table.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Deep understanding of Windows PC/Mac, and ideally Windows/Linux Server operating systems.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory & Office365 Administration.
  • Networking experience with top-tier products from Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti, FortiNet, or CheckPoint.
  • Cybersecurity savviness will be a feather in your cap.
  • Ability to support general desktop, laptop, and mobile hardware & software.
  • A knack for troubleshooting & configuring printers, data projectors, switches, routers, WAPs & IP Phones in diverse environments.
