We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our client's growing Service Desk team as a Level 1 Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for internal users experiencing technical issues, providing prompt and efficient solutions.
What you'll do:
- Provide 1st Level IT support for 500 end-users
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical support requests and tickets
- Develop checklists, procedures, and knowledgebase articles
- Participate in IT projects as required
- Monitor and manage software telephony systems
- Tertiary IT qualification
- Previous help desk (or similar) experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products including Windows 10, MS365 and and Teams
- Good knowledge of ticketing systems
- Previous experience in supporting internal users
- ERP knowledge will be highly regarded
