As a L1 IT Support Technician - You will be a part of our integral Services Delivery team. This is an exciting and fast paced role working closely with our clients and vendors, providing the same level of personable service and solutions we have been providing for over 19 years.

Job tasks and responsibilities
- Assist on site at a key clients site with walk up requests and in house tickets.
- Assist clients with their technical queries/questions via the “ticketing tool” and provide responses and resolutions within the documented scope, with a view to ‘solve/close’ queries/questions.
- Assist in the continuous and ongoing operation of our internal infrastructure, including on-premise infrastructure located in Melbourne.
- Assist the Support Team Leader (and/or Technology 360 Group Senior Leadership Team) with additional tasks as required.
Skills and experience
- Relevant experience in providing Technical Support in a similar environment.
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously or collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Current + valid driver's license essential.
- Prior experience in customer service/support roles (desirable, not essential).
