The Australasian College of Pharmacy (College) is a national member-based professional organisation for the pharmacy industry. The College is a not-for-profit and registered charity and is the pre-eminent provider of education, training and resources to pharmacists and pharmacy assistants across the pharmacy industry.

The College provides clinical, business and leadership training and professional development activities, is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in the vocational education sector delivering nationally recognised qualifications and provides CPD accreditation services.
We are currently transitioning to a new platform for our learning management system (LMS) and are seeking a Level 1-2 Help Desk Support Officer to join our team to provide support for systems users, both internally and externally.
This full time role presents a great opportunity to be part of an exciting time of change and growth in the organisation.
This position will report directly to the Project Support Officer.
What will I be doing?
- Providing first level technical support to end-users via phone, email and onsite
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT related queries and issues
- Assisting with new user set ups and permissions on various systems/application
- Documenting and tracking support requests in a timely manner
- Assisting with testing and uploading online courses and assessments into the LMS
What are we looking for?
- Experience providing Help Desk Support for ICT
- Previous experience within a registered training organisation (RTO) would be highly regarded
- A strong customer focus and a passion for helping others
- Intermediate Level 1 ICT troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and professional phone manners
- The ability to prioritise tasks, time management skills, with a ‘sense of urgency; attitude towards tasks

The College is committed to offering staff a supportive, flexible, and rewarding work environment. This role will be based in our modern Brisbane office, during office hours 8.30am – 5.00pm. Monday to Friday.
