Hi, I'm Ray Seeto, CIO, and right now, I'm on the lookout for a Level 2-3 Support Officer with a genuine customer-centric focus, to come and work with us. Is that you?
Who are you?
Well, in addition to 3+ years experience in a similar role, you'll have a solid understanding of ITIL Framework, knowledge of service desk management and tools (such as Jira), sound working knowledge of Microsoft 365, specifically SharePoint, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 and experience with cloud services, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, PaaS.

The role?
Look, it's pretty straightforward—you'll be responsible for triaging support requests, actioning technical fixes, SLA reporting to clients, problem solving technical issues within specific applications in the M365 stack, and playing a crucial role in assisting the MS Manager in managing the service desk.
