Looking to join an incredibly interesting Federal Government department? We are working with a premier government agency that is looking to add a someone to their Onsite Support team.
In this role you will be working on all aspects IT Support for local and regional (remote) offices. You will be working a variety of issues both onsite and remotely. This will include up to level three support.
An overview of your role will include:
- Providing level two support
- Supporting local and remote users
- Active Directory and Azure virtual desktops
- Audio Visual and video conferencing support
- VIP and senior level executive support
Please note, ideally you will have a baseline clearance if not you must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to get this clearance.
Other than the clearance we are keen to speak with candidates that have:
- Level 2 support including remote sites
- Large enterprise or government experience
- Active Directory and Azure virtualised environment
- Windows, Android and iOS support
- Intune or similar experience beneficial
- Cloud environment (AWS or Azure) advantageous
On offer to the successful candidate will be a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months with daily rates based on your skills and experience. There are extensions expected as well!
