The role.

The new addition to our team will be involved in delivering helpdesk support to our managed service customers and Ad hoc customers.

The role will consist of remote helpdesk support from our Eagle Farm office as well as onsite support at our many clients across Brisbane.

You will be exposed to variety of different technologies and have scope to improve your IT knowledge. 

What we need.

Can you bring these technical skills and this experience?

Requirements:

  1. Proficient oral and written communication skills in English are a prerequisite.
  2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical service role is required.
  3. Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) settings is highly valued.
  4. Demonstrated strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  5. In-depth knowledge of Windows OS, Server, and Networking is essential.
  6. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 cloud technologies, including Office 365, Exchange, Azure AD, SharePoint/OneDrive, Intune, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with both clients and team members.
  8. Hands-on experience in both Desktop and Server support.
  9. Effective proactive and independent work capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  11. Exceptional time management and proven troubleshooting skills.
  12. Exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude while delivering excellent customer service experiences to clients.
  13. A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to staying abreast of the latest industry developments.
  14. Possession of a current driver's license.
