We are working in partnership with an Australian event organisation on an opportunity working within their Information Technology department . Our client is looking for a collaborative team player to join their team as a Level 2 Support Analyst.Responsibilities/Duties
- Responsible for the On-boarding and Off-boarding of users, including security permissions and other account changes.
- Manage and maintain the desktop environment and provide support to end users
- Manage and support mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, and Android devices)
- Responsible for implementing the standard operating environment on equipment
- Support the server and network environment as required, including server operating systems and server application
- Strong Hardware, Network and Software background
- Experience managing and working on ticket system
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Strong time management skills and ability to work autonomously on tasks
