Scholastic’s Licensed Publishing team is the biggest in the country, publishing for many of the most popular global brands in children’s entertainment. Our enormous range of TV, toy and film–related fiction and activity books dominate mass retail shelves, and are consistently at the forefront of children’s popular publishing.
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and brand-savvy Editor to join our Licensed Publishing team. You will have strong writing, editorial and proofreading skills, and be bursting with creativity and pop culture knowledge. Our Licensed Editors require excellent organisational and communication skills and an ability to work well in a team. Multi-tasking and keeping your cool under a deadline are also essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working with children’s books, magazines, toys or brands. Appropriate tertiary-level qualifications are essential for this position.
