Licensed Electrician/Data Cabling Technician – Supervisor

Do you have experience and passion for technology then we may have the job for you, we are looking for a Licensed Electrician who can join our experienced team of technicians to learn new skills in our infrastructure & technology sector.

 About the role

Based out of our Wollongong office you will be engaged in commercial, government, aged and health care business on a daily basis. This role would suit an experienced, highly ambitious, organised and driven team member, who is also prepared to travel at times within NSW (Regional and South Coast).

Your role as a Licensed Electrician/Data Cabling Technician - Supervisor will see you responsible but not limited to:

• Leading & coordinating small to medium projects 
• Communicating with customers in a professional manner
• General Electrical work
• Fault Finding
• Structured cabling & optical Fibre installations 
• Network testing, analysis, patching & auditing
• CCTV Installations & Maintenance
• Access Control and Security Installations
• Nurse Call Installations & Maintenance
• Comply with WHS standards
• Complete associated project paperwork & documentation
• Other duties as required

Do you have?

• NSW Electrical License (Essential)
• Open Cabling Licence with endorsements (Essential or willing to obtain)
• Current Drivers Licence (Essential)
• Construction Industry White Card (Essential)
• Current NSW Police Clearance (Preferred or willing to obtain)
• EWP & Working at Heights (Preferred)
• Excellent presentation - neat and tidy is a must 
• Savvy with all things tech. and excited about new and emerging technologies.
• Solid communication & leadership skills
• The successful applicant must be an Australian Citizen/Resident and possess the necessary authorities to be able to work in Australia
