Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
Position Profile: The position leads strategy development, organisational planning and risk management to ensure the licensing of all private healthcare facilities in Western Australia is executed effectively and efficiently. This role manages the scheme accountable for assessing and determining the suitability of licensing applications and provides expert advice to inform decision making on conditions, dispensations and exemptions for a licence. You will lead change initiatives to contemporise the licensing scheme and ensure customer focused service delivery and contribute to the achievement of Patient Safety and Clinical Quality objectives by participating as a member of the Licensing and Accreditation Regulatory Unit (LARU) senior management team.
