For over 25 years, Rembrandt Living has offered high-quality, down-to-earth Home Care, Residential Care (Rembrandt Court) and Respite Services for people of all backgrounds. The Role
The role of the Lifestyle Officer is to create and manage the Lifestyle programs offered to residents at Rembrandt Living. These programs are designed to provide culturally appropriate recreational, leisure, and social activities that help our residents to make lifestyle choices. Our Lifestyle team is responsible for building social connections and providing emotional support to residents, developing individualised care plans, and collaborating with relevant health professionals and family members as needed. As part of a dynamic and fun-loving team, we aim to facilitate a fulfilling and enjoyable lifestyle for all our residents.
About You
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Experience working in the Aged Care or Community Support industry.
- Experience participating and arranging recreational or leisure activities.
- An ability to think with initiative and be able to interact positively with elderly residents with varied needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An enthusiastic and motivated attitude, showing a willingness to be flexible to changing priorities.
- Great time management and organisational skills.
- A current driver’s license and be willing to undertake a national police clearance.
- A Health & Lifestyle qualification is highlydesirable.
