Our Lifestyle Support Superstars – assist our clients to Shine Bright and we are on a Mission to source the RIGHT person to support one of our clients in their day-to-day pursuit of an incredible life. Our client is an absolute superstar, who lets nothing get in the way of fulfilling his dreams. 

Our client :- 

• Loves living life to the fullest, 
• Has obtained not only his car but also his truck license.  
• Loves his 4WDS and cars 
• Is employed several days each week in paid employment  
• Is well learned with an amazing general knowledge
• Is quick witted 

What you will bring :- 

• Life experience and ability and willingness to engage in meaningful conversation 
• A shared love of motor vehicles and trucks and won't mind assisting with some of the physical tasks of strapping down loads.   (Our client is very independent, although sometimes we all need a hand)   
• A respect of our client's desire for independence, and ability to read a situation where you can provide a little extra support and encouragement to overcome a few of life's little hurdles.     
• Commitment, we are looking for an individual who is willing to commit to regular days and hours and be that dependable support to our client.   
• Your love of life and adventure, no two days will be the same, our client likes to remain active …. 

What’s on offer :

• 2 days work per week (set days).   
• Your flexibility to step up to 5 per week to cover leave for your teammates;.
• A fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. (this is not a “sit on couch job”)    

Essential Selection Criteria:

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Paid status)
• National Police Clearance
• Working with Children Check (Paid status)
• QLD Australian C Class Driver’s Licence with car insurance and registration
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.

Desirable Selection Criteria:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or in progress)
• Hope and Healing Certificate
• Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) trained.
• Mental Health First Aid certified.
