It's all about you...An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join their busy and friendly Litigation team.
This role supports a busy Partner & Solicitor and as such you'll feel confident in handling a large volume of files as well as enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate
- word processing of basic correspondence and documents
- arranging and making diary appointments
- arranging opening and closing of files
- assisting with the preparation of Court documents
- general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning documents, sorting incoming mail etc.
Our client is ideally seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic candidate who takes pride in their work and is passionate about what they do. In addition you will have:
- approximately 4 years experience as a Legal Secretary in Litigation
- intermediate MS Word/typing skills
- great attention to detail
- excellent time management skills
- a friendly team attitude and a pro-active approach
