About The Role
Supporting the principal and a team of 2 others, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to an expanding client base.
In this role you will:
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
- Dicta Typing of various documents including corut documents, emails and correspondence.
- Onboard clients by assisting with engagement letters.
- Manage files.
- Prepare briefs.
- E-filing.
- Diary and email management.
- Manage client appointments.
- Maintaining and updating client information.
- Prepare bills.
About You
- You MUST have previous experience in a law firm, ideally Wills, Estates, Probate and Litigation. We will consider other areas of law.
- You want to have a career in a boutique law firm.
- You are able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- You are highly organised with good time management.
- A have good Dictaphone typing skills, knowledge of Court filing procedures an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech savvy and a quick learner of new systems.
