Join us as Local Division Manager for the Motion Services Division where you will be implementing service strategy and drive service growth locally at the respective local unit level. Lead the Service organization and is responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of service resources.
This position reports to the Motion Lead Manager Asia and can be based in either, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Perth.
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and all other business compliance standards and regulations in own area of responsibility. Ensuring a safe work environment and continuous improvement in HSE processes and integrity performance throughout the service organization
- Guiding, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates. Improving service availability, providing training, and developing capabilities and competencies. Ensuring that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed
- Driving implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team. Ensur-ing that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses
- Executing service and sales channel strategy within own area of responsibility. Implement-ing service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and invest in service sales to in-crease market penetration
- Building sustainable customer relationships to ensure growth, satisfaction, and retention of customers together with sales
- Driving consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score, NPS)
- Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring performance targets as part of the re-spective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.)
- Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new ser-vice products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction. Driving continuous im-provement culture and the implementation of improvements in order to achieve service ex-cellence and increase profitability in the own area of responsibility
Your background
- Management / Engineering qualification relevant to role (Degree level preferred) with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge and experience within the Service industry
- P&L experience with general management attributes preferred
- Ability to build, lead and inspire a high performing team
- Ability to act solution oriented and to variate different approaches, be flexible and creative with good command in English
