Due to enormous growth, Imperial Pacific Coaches have a position available for a logistics administrator to assist in the day-to-day duties in our Operation’s Department. Based in Molendinar on the Gold Coast, we are a family business who operate a large modern 5-star coach fleet.
We have a diverse clientele ranging from school transportation to intra and interstate charter as well as corporate events and tourism.
The position involves:
- Accurate data entry into our reservation system (Coach Manager).
- Sales enquiries and quotations.
- Rostering coaches and drivers.
- Telephone enquiries.
The successful applicant would require:
- Experience in skillful speed typing, including data entry.
- Good time management.
- Needs to be able to work harmoniously in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and perform effectively in a high pace environment.

Wages and remuneration negotiable based on experience and ability.
A MR or HR license would be advantageous but not essential.
