About the roleThis role supports
Customer Service and the provider network. You will manage the estimated time of arrival (ETA) and service provision to meet service level and requirements.
Role Responsibilities- Daily management of manual allocations and notifications
- Provider line inquiries including but not limited to arranging towing, E.T.A updates
- Provider Management, audits, complaint investigations and escalations
- Contract Management
- Expansion of the provider network seeking cost reduction where possible.
- Attend to invoice enquiries
Work arrangements
- Hybrid working options are available for employees who have completed their initial 6 months within the business or are required to work late shifts and/or weekends.
- The roster is scheduled on a quarterly basis, and you will have the ability to put your starting time preferences forward ahead of the quarter. Weekend work is required however, a system is in place to allow for weekends off.
About you- Prior experience in a Customer Service and Dispatch centre environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage relationships with Service Providers
- Experience in managing expectations on various levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
- Sound computing skills (including keyboard skills), including MS word and Outlook
