Join Our Team as a Logistics and Operations Support Officer

ABBA Engineering is seeking a proactive and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Logistics and Operations Support Officer. On this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our Logistics and provide comprehensive administrative support to the overall operations. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients and maintain an efficient workplace.

- Assist in Picking and Delivering Parts: Collaborate closely with our Operations Administrator to streamline the delivery of orders to our valued clients. Your keen eye for detail and logistical expertise will ensure that deliveries are made safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate Freight: Take charge of coordinating freight activities, from scheduling deliveries to preparing shipping documents. Your meticulous approach will ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Yard Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and organization within our yard area, creating a safe and efficient working environment for our team.
- General Administration and Logistic Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to our operation team, including managing inventory levels, processing goods, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
- Training and Development: Undergo specialized training provided by our Operations Administrator to enhance your skills in administrative and logistic tasks. This training will prepare you to take on additional responsibilities and advance in your career over time.
What we are looking for:
- MR License and forklift license (Mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Active and physically fit.
- Good understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems.
- General knowledge on engineering and industrial materials
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
