The OpportunityWe are looking for a customer-focused Logistics Consultants to join us in a permanent full time capacity.
This role is pivotal in providing support to TripADeal suppliers by preparing, collating and sending TripADeal customer bookings to enable their travel dreams to come true!
A Day in the LifeYour responsibilities will include:
- Work as part of a team to book group travel arrangements for TripADeal customers
- As a part of a team, manage inbound/outbound supplier communications, as well as customer travel documentation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure group travel arrangements run smoothly
- Assist with customer and group booking emergencies
- Provide support to our Product team as needed
Reporting to our Customer Operations & Logistics Manager, this position will be based in our Byron Bay office. This role is 100% onsite. Working Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose!
To be a front running candidate- Tertiary qualifications in customer service, event management, tourism, business, administration or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and priorities tasks with a sense of urgency
- Growth mindset
- Experience in travel industry (preferred)
- The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Qantas background check
