We are looking for a customer-focused Logistics Consultants to join us in a permanent full time capacity.

This role is pivotal in providing support to TripADeal suppliers by preparing, collating and sending TripADeal customer bookings to enable their travel dreams to come true!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work as part of a team to book group travel arrangements for TripADeal customers
• As a part of a team, manage inbound/outbound supplier communications, as well as customer travel documentation
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure group travel arrangements run smoothly
• Assist with customer and group booking emergencies
• Provide support to our Product team as needed

Reporting to our Customer Operations & Logistics Manager, this position will be based in our Byron Bay office. This role is 100% onsite. Working Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose!

• Tertiary qualifications in customer service, event management, tourism, business, administration or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate
• Work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and priorities tasks with a sense of urgency
• Growth mindset
• Experience in travel industry (preferred)
• The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Qantas background check
