About the Role
Collaborate in a supportive close-knit team within our Operations Department. We are looking for a 2 x full-time permanent experienced Logistics Coordinators. Working on an even time roster 7 on 7 off.
Reporting to the Depot Manager, the roles will involve:
- Day to day logistics coordination of numerous customer contracts, including managing delivery and collection activities to contract KPIs.
- Implement measures and procedures to drive service performance and continuous improvement of the freight network.
- Communication and escalation of all freight-related issues from point of origin.

Skills and Experience
All applicants must have full working rights in Australia and prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing as required.
- Petroleum industry experience (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated understanding of heavy vehicle legislation, COR & transport regulations.
- Knowledge and understanding of AFM & BFM rules and regulations.
- A thorough understanding of vehicle operation, types of vehicles, vehicle limitations & technology.
- High computer literacy, with demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to different systems and software (particularly MS Office Suite & Office Companion)
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills and to work well in a team.
- Strong communication skills
