Pack and Send Crows Nest Service Centre is looking to expand its team, as business continues to rapidly grow.
 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator located in St Leonards, NSW. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory, packaging, and coordinating freight movements, with a customer service focus..

Typical Responsibilities

• Organising local/interstate/international freight movements
• Carrying out local collections when required
• Packaging items such as IT equipment, artworks, etc.
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
• General administrative tasks

Successful Candidate Criteria:

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with logistics software (preferred)
• Minimum two year’s experience in a customer service, or related field
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy items (usually 20-30kg, with help available when needed).
• Full driver’s licence (essential)
• Able to work in Australia (essential)
• Able to provide a current police check
• Right to work in Australia.
