About the role
You will:
- Manage the relationships across our supply chain network to ensure the efficient, timely and cost effective movement of inventory to various locations as required by the business.
- Prepare and procure relevant regulatory and customs documentation for international documents, including but not limited to SLIs, packing slips, commercial invoices, and other relevant import/export permits required for our products.
- Drive efficiencies and cost reduction in respect of our global freight and logistics management. This will include benchmarking, quarterly reviews, negotiating and managing third party vendor contracts and service levels.
- Drive efficiencies with current and future Australia/New Zealand fulfilment partners, negotiate favourable prices and ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
- Assist sales administration in sales order inputs and customer invoices as required, and facilitate the timely delivery of all orders.
- Daily reporting, analysis and feedback to relevant sales departments in respect of orders shipped with BOLs, Tracking information and communication of any pending issues relating to inventory and orders.
- Manage inventory across Australia/New Zealand locations ensuring accurate product inventory and stock availability across all locations.
- Communicate with our supply chain partners and Internal Stakeholders about current stock and potential issues with orders.
- Report on inventory activities and variances.
- Manage expiry dates (short shelf life) or slow moving stock and transfers between our fulfilment locations in Australia/New Zealand.
About you
You will have:
- Have knowledge of import/export processes and requirements across global supply chain
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
