It's no secret that Aegros is expanding rapidly! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consumables Production Manager to work full time at our brand new facility in Sydney on a permanent basis.
Your role will be to plan, organize and control production of Aegros Consumables products to ensure Aegros Consumables’ products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard.
Duties of the role will include:
• Ensuring all Consumables production activities in Aegros are conducted safely and in accordance with Aegros policies and procedures including all relevant GMP requirements.
• Implementing the goals, objectives, and strategic plan for Aegros Consumables Production Department.
• Building and managing the production team to maintain efficient and effective manufacturing process and practices that achieves Aegros Consumables customer service delivery goals.
• Defining key supervisory processes to ensure strict adherence to the Code of GMP and Aegros Corporate Standards and License conditions.
• Ensuring compliance with or negotiate agreement to deviate from Aegros Therapeutics Production Management requirements, so as to maintain a good working relation at all times with Aegros Therapeutics Production management.
• Planning and managing the production of Aegros Consumables products according to production schedules and approved specifications and production methods.
• Managing production related non-conformances and deviation and their related corrective and preventive actions.
• Creating and updating the manufacturing procedures and forms necessary for the manufacture, packaging, and quality control of the products.
• Ensuring efficient collaboration and co-ordination between different departments including supply chain, quality, R&D and Therapeutics Production.
• Manage Consumables Production related projects as allocated.
• Aegros Intellectual Property is protected and Aegros Consumables production meets all Aegros security and GMP requirements.
• Training - Identifying development needs and facilitate / provide training and support for direct reports
You will bring:
• Tertiary qualified in Science, Engineering or related discipline with at least 5 years’ experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
• Good knowledge of Australian Code of Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Applicable Standard Operating Procedures, Safety and Security procedures, Productivity and lean operations.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.
