YOUR NEW ROLE
Under the direction of the Production Support Manager and Logistics Team Lead, this position provides day to day logistic services for both internal and external stakeholders to support and deliver events and productions whilst maintaining high quality customer service.
The Logistics team supports all Production Services departments – Staging, Lighting, Sound & AV and the Production Support Warehouse team. Duties of the Logistics Technician include setting function and event spaces for events, overseeing onsite storage if event equipment and providing assistance to other SOH departments to ensure high quality customer service standards are maintained.

ARE YOU THE ONE?
- Knowledge and experience (at least one year) working in a live theatre or event environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within teams and across multiple disciplines to ensure completion of work.
- Physical fitness, agility and ability to work at heights. Ability and commitment to work on a rotating shift basis.
- Basic hand and power tool skills and experience.
- Good communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of computerised systems and process such as MS Office

A Flex Time Contract role is a permanent role in which the employee works a minimum average of 30 hrs per week, averaged over 52 weeks. Additional hours and overtime will be available at the Managers discretion based on operational requirements.
