Previous Allocator experience is not mandatory as the successful applicant will receive training in all aspects of the role.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this position will be primarily responsible for:
- Coordination and scheduling of fleet & staff movement including monitoring hours and delays;
- Allocation and coordination of customer bookings & deliveries in a timely and efficient manner in alignment with business expectations;
- Building relationships with our current customer base and ensuring a high level of service is offered;
- Out of hours on-call rotating roster;
- Monitor and manage all aspects of fatigue compliance;
- Assisting with payroll-related activities;
- Accurate management of up to date driver paperwork in accordance with legislative and business requirements.
- Assisting with the commercial process of the division when required.
