A rare opportunity has become available, we are recruiting for a Transport Scheduler to join our dynamic team based in Burton, SA. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will suit a focused individual who prides themselves on planning, prioritising and time management.
Your primary role will be planning resources, fleet allocation and co-ordination of our transport operations. This role and is a full time position.
The successful applicant will part of a team responsible for:
- Day to day operations of our fleet
- Timely and effective scheduling of all services
- Collation of all documentation for effective processing
- Maintenance planning with the workshop
- Liaise with client and internal key management
- Preparation of relevant transport documentation & paperwork
- Fatigue management and compliance
- Safety leadership
- Job creation in our Transport management System (TMS)
The successful candidate needs to have the below attributes:
- Transport and supply chain knowledge
- Previous experience with a TMS or similar
- Reliable, approachable, punctual with a professional attitude
- High attention to detail
- Able to work unsupervised, process after hours calls from time to time
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Sound experience in Microsoft, Excel and Word

- State and legislative experience
