Role Overview:
The Customer Marketing/Loyalty Manager is a critical role within the organisation. This position will be responsible for developing, executing, and driving the loyalty program with the aim of driving sales and profitability of the member base through acquisition, nurture, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a 12-18 month loyalty communication roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure the loyalty program is effectively actioned across all channels, including the app and social platforms.
- Develop programs to drive engagement and profitability from member onboarding through the lifecycle.
- Execute all member communications across the preferred platform, managing campaign and product communications.
- Define the customer experience for members, ensuring consistent and engaging communications
- Use customer data and analytics to gain insights into customer behaviour and preferences, identifying trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and customer service teams for seamless loyalty initiative integration.
- Stay updated on QSR industry trends to proactively push ideas and program enhancements.
Background & Experience:
- Solid background in marketing, with a strong emphasis on loyalty programs and customer engagement.
- Experience using Braze is essential, including managing a CRM database with a large member base and daily communications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and drive insights for program optimisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities to influence diverse groups, including IT, marketing, and external partners.
- Over 3 years of experience in customer loyalty programs.
- Proactive approach and strong commercial acumen to drive results.
