The right candidate will be passionate about client engagement and loyalty programs, responsible for managing a team and driving strategic customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and improve client loyalty programs.
- Analyze customer behavior to enhance initiatives and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Provide strategic advice to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure stringent data security and cost management.
- Uphold high customer satisfaction and monitor key performance indicators.
- Develop strong client and supplier relationships, manage escalations, and collaborate on solutions.
- Implement marketing strategies, manage communications, and oversee campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the in-house team on content creation and design execution.
Location: The position requires the candidate to be present in the Surry Hills office three days per week.
