Our Loyalty Product aims to take our customer relationships to the next level by creating an unparalleled travel loyalty program that truly resonates with our audience. We're in the early days of loyalty - still figuring out what our loyalty system should look like, and what the product requirements are. It's a great opportunity to be involved in and lead a new initiative from the get-go. About the team Our cross-functional teams include Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers focused on delivering solutions and solving problems rather than simply completing tickets. The structure is flat, and the process is lean, with a culture of MVP, iteration, and 'build, measure, learn' at the heart of everything we do.
