This role is perfect for someone who loves working with marketing campaigns, data and interacting with customers. You'll get to help shape their marketing strategies and see the direct impact of your work on the business and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Help plan and run customer loyalty programs to keep people excited about our products.
- Manage and send out emails for our marketing campaigns.
- Come up with ideas for new campaigns that encourage customers to buy more and stick with us.
- Make sure their emails (eDMs_ look good and speak directly to their customers.
- Keep track of different customer groups and figure out the best ways to reach them.
- Test out new marketing ideas and see what works - A/B testing.
- Work with the design team to make sure all our marketing materials look consistent and on-brand.
- Help coordinate campaign schedules and keep everything running on time.
- Look at how well the campaigns are doing and find ways to make them even better.
About You:
- Ideally you will have experience using marketing automation platforms to personalise communications such asKlaviyo, Salesforce or Emarsys.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an ability to interpret data.
- Campaign management experience.
- Demonstrated skills in reporting and analysis.
