The Role

As the Loyalty Marketing Lead you will leverage your creative and analytical skills to establish a future vision for campaign automation and omni-channel marketing through the best-in-class platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You will be responsible for ideating, writing and executing seamless and effective campaigns to drive acquisition, optimise retention and develop lifetime value. You will also assist in the development of the campaign strategy for G’day Parks marketing programs, working with the broader marketing team to leverage insights for improved conversion within key markets. This includes end to end management of activity, from building audience segments through to implementation of tactical, behavioural, trigger-based campaigns and automated journeys. You will work with the G’day Leadership team to develop and support the G’day Rewards loyalty program function; across program management, partnerships and system integrations.

You will be creative, strategic, agile and customer first, with proven experience in using data to drive innovative campaigns and initiatives that deliver conversion and retention uplift. 

The role will require you to:

Acquisition & Growth

  • Develop and execute G’day Parks life-cycle Loyalty Marketing plan, aligned to business goals through customer insight, segmentation, analytics, and purchase behaviour
  • Lead a team to achieve desired outcomes, as well as provide ongoing training and development that aligns to overall loyalty strategy and initiatives
  • Day to day management of database, personalisation of content, understanding of omnichannel engagement and identification of gaps for optimal omnichannel performance
  • Continuously review, analyse, and share customer insights with the business to drive an increasing ROI on activity
  • Grow loyalty/membership program through acquisition and cross/upselling
  • Database management to reduce churn and improve engagement

Product Development and Delivery

  • Manage, update, and build assets required on G’day channels with Digital Team / Martech lead designed to optimize UX
  • Support the activation of key partners across G’day and partner assets 
  • Support management of External Partner Programs to deliver added value to the G’day group customers and network parks
  • Using analytical, process and product development skills to maximise customer experience across all touchpoints of the business
  • Support the operational relationship with program partners (activities include):
  • Coordinate partner in market activations / events with parks and industry
  • Partnership marketing plan
  • Any other activity that supports the parks and loyalty program.

Community Experience:

  • Contribute to the development of customer experiences that fuel the growth of our Network
  • Enhancement of the loyalty program and the App regarding customer experience and return
  • Participate in the development of the G’day Parks and Rewards marketing strategy 
  • Drive a culture of customer led thinking, actively educating the business around customer trends, behaviors, and insights to create a truly customer led business.
  • Design and continually improve the customer experience, improving efficiencies by transitioning solutions to on-line channels where possible

Your Experience

To be successful in the role you will ideally have Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant discipline. You will have marketing automation platform experience, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will be technologically savvy with the ability to operate multiple programs in conjunction with one another.

You will consider your communication skills, both written and verbal, one of your strengths and pride yourself on your stakeholder engagement skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced and outcome focused environment and have a can-do attitude.
