About the Job:
The Oceania-based Field Supervisor ensures sales growth by executing animation plans, visiting stores, coaching staff, and managing merchandising. This role requires understanding market dynamics and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set store sales targets and schedules.
- Manage budgets and team shifts.
- Arrange store materials and monitor competition.
- Support In-Store teams for retail success.
- Ensure proper stock levels and merchandising.
- Build relationships and solve operational issues.
- Manage POS materials and orders.
- Assist in hiring and motivate teams.
- Provide coaching and motivation.
- Conduct online training sessions
- Managing areas: Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational FMCG or Luxury company within the Travel Retail channel.
- Experienced in Trade Marketing/Operations in retail.
- Preferably with experience as a Beauty Consultant/ Brand Ambassador earlier in career.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Customer focused and results oriented (i.e. Understanding of business dynamics and sensitive to premium market brands)
- Ability to build relationships and interpersonal sensitivity
- Decision making/problem solving skills
- Willing to travel
