About the Opportunity
The roles focus on showroom and counter Sales and Customer Service. Key duties include:
- Providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times in person, or via phone, email, or our website.
- Managing all phone and email enquiries promptly, efficiently, and to customers’ satisfaction.
- Assisting the Customer Service team with phone enquiries and counter sales.
- Staying abreast of all GYC website offers and products.
- Maintaining and enhancing the GYC customer database
About you
It is desirable that you have had some sales experience but it is not essential. Most importantly you must enjoy greeting and meeting people and helping with their inquiries. You need to be upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic about selling. In addition you should have aquired experience or skills in:
- Achieving targets
- Oral and written communication
- Computer programs and applications
- Working independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and initiative
