How will I help?

As a Senior Consultant in our M365 Collaboration Team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our M365 and Power Platform ecosystem. Your primary focus will be to ensure service standardization and developing patterns to enhance user experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Virtual Agents, Power BI), SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other M365 services. 

The role will include, and is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps service, ensuring its availability and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to integrate Power BI with existing data models and reports.
  • Monitor and manage the Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps service environment, including capacity planning, security settings, and usage metrics.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for data governance and report deployment within Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps.
  • Utilize your expertise in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Virtual Agents, Power BI) to design and develop custom solutions that can help collaboration or technology teams to automate repeatable tasks.
  • Provide technical support and training to Power BI users across the organization.
  • Stay current with Power BI updates and new features, implementing them to enhance service capabilities.
  • Work closely with the IT security team to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Manage app lifecycle for Power Apps, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps service performance or user access.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, translating them into effective Power BI solutions.

What do I need?

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate the below skills:

  • Be proficient in service standardization and developing patterns to enhance user experience across various M365 services.
  • Stay updated with Power BI updates and new features, implementing them to enhance service capabilities.
  • Experience in developing and enforcing best practices for data governance and report deployment within Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps.
  • Additionally, it would be beneficial to have a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology will also contribute to your success in this role.
