Form of workOur client is a global leader in the plastic packaging business providing high quality, innovative and sustainable packaging products, and solutions. They are looking for Production Workers/Machine Operators to join their growing team in Clayton.
About the role:
- Perform quality testing and ensure that all manufactured products meet required standards.
- Inspect pack manufactured products.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a safe production area.
- Other duties as required.
About you:
- Strong commitment to safety in the workplace
- Previous experience working in a Production/Manufacturing environment is desired but not essential
- Curious mindset and willing to learn on the job
- Excellent communication skills, able to follow instructions and take on feedback.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised when required
- Proven ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Have own transport
Shift details:
- 7am to 7pm, and 7pm to 7am - rotating roster of 12-hour shifts between Monday to Sunday

- Attractive hourly rates across all shifts
