About the role
As a Maintenance Administrator at SeaLink Gladstone, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our maintenance department. You will be responsible for coordinating work orders, liaising with our marine maintenance technicians, internal clients, and suppliers, and utilizing software platforms to manage works and enhancing all stakeholders' satisfaction.
About You
Ideally, you are positive and self-motivated, and your enthusiastic and keen to learn attitude fits in well with our team. You are punctual and reliable and take responsibility and pride in your work. You have a friendly and confident phone manner and your ability to multitask and handle high pressure like situations calmly and effectively will ensure your success in this position. Your ability and experience include but not limited to;
- Experiences to processes Account Payable / Receivable
- Experience in Office Administration
- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Numerical ability and data entry skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Works well in a team environment as well as autonomously.
