The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader in the Customer Service Team, you will have exceptional guidance in mastering this role. She has refined the systems and processes so you can easily manage the jobs that are raised post-handover. Working in a new fitted out office, this rewarding company has so much to offer!
- Main point of contact for supervisors and trades
- Schedule trades to attend homes with maintenance supervisors
- Book and organise their calendars
- Raise purchase orders
- System logging and scheduling
- Manage the client throughout the warranties phase
What you need
You will ideally have the following criteria:
- Customer service experience
- Maintenance admin experience OR Property management OR Insurance/ construction repairs
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- A genuine interest in the building industry
