NES Fircroft is partnered with a global energy business with headquarters in Melbourne’s western suburbs. As a result of recent growth, this company has a requirement for a Maintenance Administrator to join the team on an initial three-month contract basis, with possibility for extension. We’re seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong level of attention to detail to complete this important role with key duties as follows:
- Coordinate and plan all preventative maintenance activities for assets across a wide range of site locations and schedule preventative and minor project maintenance according to maintenance and service schedules.
- Liaise with management and key stakeholders.
- Create work orders and assign parts required to complete scheduled, project and breakdown works.
- Maintain registered plant inspections and documentation.
- Liaise with the service manager to rectify any warranty issues that arise and schedule these repairs with customers on site.
- Ensure a high level of maintenance is achieved by planning, and scheduling work correctly.
- Develop and maintain cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work.
- Assist regional supervisors with planning of resource requirements for maintenance activities.
- Upload and maintain accurate records and documentation for Registered plant and maintenance records.
- Ongoing maintenance planning development & optimisation of the system
