Our client is seeking skilled Maintenance Planners to join their team. The Maintenance Planner will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our client's facility by coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability. The ideal candidates will have experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing environment and be trade qualified and thrive in a fast-paced, continuous operation setting.
About the Position:
We are currently seeking individuals with a great work ethic, positive attitude, reliable, and able to work Monday to Friday day shift hours (negotiable), with some weekend work.
The position offers:
- A competitive salary of $100,000 per annum plus super.

- Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to company safety policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of equipment to identify safety hazards, maintenance deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze equipment performance data, including downtime records, breakdown frequencies, and maintenance costs, to identify opportunities for improving equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and overall operational performance.

- Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment
