We are working with a specialist workshop looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team as the Maintenance Co-Ordinator/Planner to keep things moving along as we grow.

As a Maintenance Planner, you will be a crucial part of the organisation and carry out responsibilities in both the Heavy Workshop and with Field Service, including:
- Creating purchase and work orders
- Controlling and scheduling tasks on employee calendars/rosters
- Liaising with customers to book in for breakdowns, servicing and planned maintenance
- Assisting with daily pre-starts and toolbox talks
- Assisting with supervising the workshop Mechanics, to ensure productivity and safety
- Working with workshop leading hand, ensuring jobs are carried out in a timely matter and meet deadlines
- Working with compliance officer ensuring field and workshop compliance
- Work with and report to the General Manager
- Sound computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Previous experience as a planner or similar
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills
- Ability to implement and maintain a safety-first culture
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Trade or mechanical knowledge desired
