About the Role
SEE Group have a great career opportunity available for a Maintenance Planner to join our Fleet and Logistic team. The successful candidate will be employed full-time and based on the Cadia Integrated Tailings Project in Orange NSW.
This is a diverse and fast-paced role which will see you responsible for proactively forecasting and scheduling preventative maintenance tasks relating to all SEE Groups assets, across all entities as required. In addition, the role will procure services on behalf of the workshop from contracted suppliers, whilst ensuring that all purchases meet agreed specifications, pricing, and quality.
The Maintenance Planner is also required to ensure that all goods are delivered on time, in full and accurately receipted against the approved purchase order and invoice. This role requires experience in managing multiple tasks and conflicting priorities, and ensuring a high levels of customer service is maintained.
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Background in Civil/Mining, Maintenance Planning.
- Ability to interpret the parts manuals, and operations and maintenance manuals.
- Sound understanding of sourcing products and financial implications.
- Proven organisational skills, practices and planning ability.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Computer literacy, particularly experience working with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
- Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
