Your new company
Hays Facilities Management is currently working with a not-for-profit company based near Brisbane CBD who require a contract Maintenance Coordinator on a contract basis to start immediately.
Your new role
You will be responsible for organising and coordinating maintenance of a large volume of property maintenance and building works for newly acquired residential properties. You will be obtaining quotes from various subcontractors, issuing work orders, engage with vendors and suppliers, develop and maintain approved supplier lists and monitor progress.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role such as property maintenance, building works or property asset management would be desirable, and you may come from a trade or non-trade background. You will also have excellent communication, organisation and administration skills and be available to start immediately.
