What’s on offer?We are excited to share that having secured the esteemed RAMC GEN3 contract, we are now expanding our team! Based on the stunning Sunshine Coast, this significant maintenance contract offers a stable and dynamic work environment, spanning an initial five years with a possible extension of three additional years.This opportunity is perfect for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator who is eager to facilitate and streamline our project operations.As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project management team to ensure efficient and effective operations throughout the lifecycle of the RAMC GEN3 project. This position demands excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assist, monitor and communicate project proposals, timeframes, and schedule.
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Lead the Maintenance Operations team to ensure that stewardship and relationship principles are consistently upheld throughout the contract.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Operations Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong client-facing, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
