As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will develop detailed maintenance schedules to ensure regular servicing of equipment and facilities, minimising downtime. You'll allocate necessary resources, create and manage work orders, and implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong equipment life. Collaborating with various teams and external contractors, you will ensure seamless maintenance execution while maintaining accurate records and compliance with safety standards. Additionally, you will monitor spare parts inventory, assist in budget management, and identify process improvements to enhance maintenance efficiency.
What you will need:
- Mechanical trade certificate (desirable).
- Qualification in maintenance management or a related field (desirable).
- Proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS).
- Experience with Microsoft Project and JD Edwards or similar.
- Understanding of FLSmidth OEM specifications.
- Experience in shut planning and coordination.
