About the role
- Manage all the maintenance for the property managers
- Liaison with Owners, Tenants, Contractors, and Property Managers
- Ensuring direct and prompt communication is happening to all parties
- Update relevant records
- Respond to emails promptly
- Responsible for leasing when required
- Work within a team to share ideas, while being well supported by the Head of the Department
- Travel as required to properties
Skills and experience
- Previous experience as either an assistant property manager or property manager
- Current Property Management Registration is essential
- Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
- Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
- Computer proficient, willing to learn new systems
- Ability to work autonomously
