Electrical and Automation Engineer (EAE)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the factory electrical infrastructure from design through to installation, maintenance, operation, improvement and upgrade as part of a site electrical strategy.
- Participates in the implementation of engineering tools at site level (i.e. NSAT, NEST, AMM, etc.).
- Ensure that all MES-E&A installations comply with market and corporate safety, health, environment, product safety and product quality standards.
- Ensures that the key MES-E&A documentation is up to date and in place (i.e. SLD, URS, FDS, Calibration procedures, etc.). Participates in the M&I activities in the factory.
Maintenance Engineer (ME)
Responsibilities :
- Actively participate in maintenance routines to ensure that maintenance activities are scheduled and executed in time with high quality.
- Support and participate in the implementation maintenance methodologies (PM pillar, foundations).
- Be responsible to ensure effective utilization of AMM system.
- Supervision of trades, performance management of trades, SH&E investigations in areas of responsibility, time and priority/leave cover management, change management, conflict resolution.
Skills :
- Degree or Diploma qualified or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years Automation and/or MES engineer with Electrical experience.
- Experience in Personnel Supervision of technical teams, contractors or other 3rd parties.
- In-depth knowledge of instrumentation and process control, real time management, MES (Manufacturing Execution System), man/machine interfaces and communication, computer hardware etc.
- Experience in engineering management (maintenance, industrial, services, E&A), preferably in FMCG related manufacturing environment (min 3 years).
- Experience in Personnel Supervision of technical teams, contractors or other 3rd parties.
- Exposure to TPM, Preventive Maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution.
