Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.

Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of machinery and reduce the likelihood of breakdowns.

Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to understand their needs and address maintenance requirements effectively.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical fitter trade qualification 
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter in a food manufacturing or similar environment.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
